Madeleine's Boutique & Unique Gifts accepts returns and exchanges on merchandise that has not been washed, worn, or altered.
Returns must be postmarked to Madeleine's Boutique & Unique Gifts within (10) business days of purchase. We will issue a refund in the original form of payment upon receiving your return, providing it meets the requirements stated.
In-Store returns must be returned (14) business days of purchase. We will issue a refund in the original form of payment within (3) days, provided the stated requirements are met.
Shipping Charges are non-refundable.

Damaged Items:
If you have received a damaged item please email or give us a call so we can resolve this as soon as possible. And damaged item purchased online must be reported damaged within (14) days of receipt and prior to wearing the item.
Tags must still be attached. No exceptions.
Madeleine's Boutique & Unique Gifts reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns and to update this policy at any time.

To return your item:
1. Repack the item in the original packaging.
2. Include invoice or copy of the item you are returning and the reason for the return.
3. Consider insuring your purchase in case it is lost or damaged in transit.
Madeleine's Boutique & Unique Gifts cannot be responsible for packages that do not arrive at the store.
Refunds will be issued within (3) days of receipt of return. An E-Mail notification will be sent once your package has been received and refunded by Madeleine's Boutique & Unique Gifts.
Return Shipping is at the buyers expense. Items returned that do not meet the contingencies stated in our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
